Ginny and Eric Sorenson are excited to bring Sweet Claire’s Caboose to the West Homewood Farmer’s Market. Sweet Claire’s is a full-service mobile bakery, serving the Birmingham area, specializing in desserts, pastries, breakfast pastries, sandwiches, and wedding cakes. Ginny, a graduate from Birmingham-Southern College and Culinary Institute of America - Greystone, has been working in the food and beverage industry for more than 20 years. Eric, retired from Navy Medicine and has been in the healthcare industry for more than 40 years. Ginny Sorenson is now ready to pursue her dream of opening a bakery - and to add to the fun... a mobile bakery.
Sweet Claire’s is offering whoopie pies, creamolis, hand pies, sandwiches, cookies, and more this year at the market and are excited to show off their fresh Alabama grown produce that they work into their menu. Alongside their tasty treats, Sweet Claire’s offers their 33 item “Scripture Menu” to tie into one of their main missions of spreading the Gospel. Ginny and Eric are thrilled to bring a lifelong dream to fruition, to serve you, and to see the whole neighborhood at the 2022 West Homewood Farmer’s Market.
