The West Homewood Farmer's Market seed was planted through a small group discussion at Shades Valley Community Church. A small group, called "What is Good" seeks ehance the welfare of the West Homewood through community building initiatives such as the Farmer's Market, the Community Exchange and the West Homewood Orchard.
"What is Good" is a vision process for seeing beyond problems to what is good for which we can seek with others for our community.
Doing "Good" with others in our community establishes reciprocal relationships that enable us to organize community initiatives centered around building solution-focused partnerships that are hopefully transformational.
